warrior mama fitness is my own personal blend of elements of yoga, pilates, ballet barre, HIIT cardio and good old fashioned calisthenics. exercises that have stood the test of time and WORK. they are functional movements that will serve to strengthen and lengthen. (note : you can’t physically lengthen your muscles but you absolutely can create an elongated effect!) this program is designed to ease back into full fledged workouts over the course of two months with an emphasis on rebuilding the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. 

i believe the key to fitness is enjoying what you do and fostering a trusting relationship with your body. there’s some science-y science behind it all too, but that’s my job to figure out. trust me, i’ve got you. i’m in the trenches with you right now and together we’ve got this! we ARE warrior mamas!
